Making the best possible decisions

I've found that one of the big concerns of leaders and managers is decision making.  After all when you are making decisions that impact the lives of others and the profitability of a company it ought to be a concern.  There are no easy ways to make a really good decision, but there are some things to avoid.  The pitfalls to making good decisions are prejudice, susceptibility, and authoritarianism.  Rather than trying to explain these in this blog click on the link below and read my most recent article on decision making.  After you read it please complete the simple evaluation at the bottom of the article.
