Robert

I am pleased to see someone refer to their employees as assets. I have always objected to being a "human resource". Resources are to be exploited, used up, sometimes wasted. An asset must be maintained and cared for. Assets make you money. I try to let my people know I appreciate them and honestly care about them and their career paths. I try to treat them as an asset, not exploit them as a resource.
